Turn USDT into ZNBX in one step
Zen Converter is the exchange desk inside Zenboox. You hold USDT and want ZNBX — the conversion settles against the platform balance you already have, in one confirmation, with no order to place and no counterparty to wait for. It runs one way today: there is no route from ZNBX back to USDT yet.
- Declared rate
- 1 ZNBX = 0.01 USDT
- Settlement
- Instant, on your balance
This rate is declared by Zenboox, not discovered on a market: ZNBX does not trade on any chain, so there is no order book or pool behind it. The operator sets it and every change is recorded.
How a conversion works
The mechanics are deliberately short. Nothing leaves the platform, so there is no network fee, no confirmation window and no failed-transaction risk to carry.
- 1
Enter an amount in USDT. The panel shows the ZNBX you will receive before you confirm.
- 2
Confirm. The platform debits one side of your balance and credits the other in a single double-entry record.
- 3
The ZNBX lands in your balance immediately and appears on your dashboard. It cannot yet be invested, withdrawn or converted back — the exchange layer that will trade it is still being designed.
Closer to a spot desk than to an exchange
The feel is spot: enter an amount, see what you get, confirm. What sits behind it is not an exchange, and the difference is worth stating plainly.
- No order book
- You are not matched against another trader. The platform is the counterparty at the declared rate.
- No slippage, no partial fills
- The amount shown before you confirm is the amount you receive. Size does not move the price.
- Nothing moves on-chain
- A conversion changes what your balance is denominated in. Your USDT does not leave the treasury; the platform's obligation to you simply changes form.
The money still arrives over real networks
Converting is internal, but funding and withdrawing are not. USDT reaches Zenboox across 4 networks, and leaves the same way.
What ZNBX is for, once it is issued
Today the converter is the only place ZNBX is created, and holding it is the only thing you can do with it. What follows is what the token is meant to be used for once it is issued and listed; distribution is a separate question and is not covered here. None of the items below is available yet, and no date is attached to any of them.
Its own network. Once the token is issued, a ZNBX balance would move out to a wallet on its own chain, the way USDT already leaves the platform today.
Somewhere to sell it. Once it is listed, ZNBX would be sold where it trades, instead of only being converted into here. That venue is Zen Exchange, and it is still in design.
A fee token. The plan is for ZNBX to pay the fees Zenboox charges — today that is only the withdrawal fee, and it is taken in USDT — as well as the network and gas fees on Zen Exchange, once that venue exists.
What is not true today
The converter works today; the token does not exist on any chain yet. Read this section before the ones above it.
- ZNBX has not been issued. There is no contract on any chain, so there is no address to look up and nothing to add to a wallet.
- A ZNBX balance here is a ledger entry. Converting records that the platform owes you ZNBX instead of USDT; no token is minted and no transaction is written to any chain.
- ZNBX cannot leave the platform. Withdrawals settle in USDT, and there is no network to send ZNBX over.
- A conversion is listed in the Zenboox explorer with a network and a transaction identifier. Zenboox derives that identifier; nothing was written to that network, and a block explorer will not find it.
